1. I’ve been really busy, it’s not just about physical activities but my mind is already spinning from the amount of work that needs to be done, deadlines, deadlines, and my stomach keeps on churning day and night from feeling upset.
I also feel dizzy, parang umiikot ang paligid ko. The other day I felt my whole being is about to break into pieces.

I hope next month and the months after that would be a lot better, less stressful or kung pwede sana no stress. Just happy and gay.
2. We’re running a one month online advertisement on JobsDb for several key positions such as Sales Manager/Supervisors, Sales Consultants, Service Supervisor, and Accountants/Bookkeepers, am also hiring an assistant, and a personal assistant.

I am not hiring any newly graduate this time around. I want people who have many years of experience and have a higher level of intelligence. It’s tiring din to go over the hundreds of bio data. Since I am maawain, it breaks my heart to throw away bio-data. But I am now more choosy. I have too. We have to increase efficiency and competence.
I interviewed a 36 year old pretty woman on monday for a chief accountant position. For this job, I require at least 10 years experience as accounting supervisor or head of finance and accounting. She’s going to start next week. I hope she meets my expectations. Her job would mainly involve taking care of all government related submission of documents, reports so that we are always on time and compliant in all government requirements. I am interviewing two more accountants tomorrow and I hope i like them. I want two more to handle finance and the other one bookkeeping.
It’s very tiring to conduct interviews. I don’t interview every applicant. I choose about 3 for each position. if none of those passed my interview, then I choose again from among the biodata.
3. Maid Ria left last Sunday, it’s her son’s birthday, nag-ipon lang siya talaga ng pera, then off she goes. her leaving is an answered wish kasi she’s kunsumisyon.
I asked her to clean a piece of silver-plated serving spoon, sabi ko ingatan mo ha, wala pang period yung sentence ko naibagsak na nya. It always happens, kunsumisyon talaga.
After she left, I saw this hidden in the dirty kitchen.

From what I know, you put sugar, a little bit of bleach and/or biogesic (medicine for cold, maybe even aspirin?).
You can also cut the ends of the stem, especially if they are starting to brown/rot.
I hope you feel better. Flowers are cheerful and uplifting, but sometimes they’re such a hassle to look after.
hopefully you’re newly hired assistant may assist you all the time for you to be updated to your blog, i really miss you’re daily update, every time i check on the blog, there is always new, but when it doesn’t have it feels tiring to start the day, don’t be angry about me i’m not that spoiled to your blog, it just make my day..

i adore your dogs! and the pups, they’ve grown!! we only have 1 english bulldog and you have to keep up with the dogs, you tire them or they tire you– having six x2 must be a whole production 😀 i also like camote tops and real sinigang sa sampaloc — sans the shortcut powdered mix– because it’s quite easy to make. 🙂 sorry to know about your broken cup… will you solder the handle back on?

No one wants to risk soldering my broken items. Kasi they’re mostly brass, silver or gold-plated. I bought epoxy extreme yesterday and will try to bond the pieces together.
Dogs are cute but annoying too. Too much added expenses and responsibilities. Dagdag stress.
