Lunch at Josephine’s Tagaytay

My architect likes to compliment me by saying “ang tanda-tanda mo na ano pero mukhang bata ka pa rin”. She took our photo and posted it on her Facebook. She briefed me on how many people have Liked the photo. We’re not FB friends so I would not be able to know what the caption was. Let me guess “Ang tanda-tanda na nya pero mukhang bata pa”. Or “can you guess her age?” She’s a nice person except that she subjects me to micro-aggression without her intention.

We had a working lunch at Josephine’s Restaurant in Tagaytay City. I was surprised when she offered to pay for our lunch. It’s her treat daw because one of her clients paid her for the completion of the project (vacation house in Tagaytay) and even gave her a thousand dollar bonus.

She was in the mood to eat. Our food was good for 6 people.

  1. Hi, Ms. A, we just have to understand her… at her age, she will no longer change, unless tragedy strikes her from being micro-agressive. Sana wala naman… It’s the same as our parents not being perfect and those imperfections are what we dislike about them but we have no choice because they are not going away. As long as they are not crossing the line of being harmful.
