Fire Lake Grill Revisited

We now seldom visit Fire Lake Grill, dati madalas, wala na kasi favorite dish namin dun. Dati I would even take home several orders.

Our favorite Tuna Salad Nicoise with Lime and Cilantro dressing is no longer in the menu. Chef Paul Huang replaced it with this Spicy Crusted Tuna. It’s also good but the one with lime and cilantro dressing was better. 10 hours after I’ve eaten the spicy tuna, yung burp ko parang lasang Mediterranean.

David (head waiter) recommended seafood skewer (not in the menu). It has two cubes of fish and two pieces of shrimps

Another recommendation from David, he calls this Chops. Pork chop that looks like lamb chop.

David said many of their customers got caught in heavy traffic jam during the long weekend. They turned back and ate somewhere closer.
Others who made it were complaining of the traffic in Tagaytay that has become worst. Four hours to Tagaytay from Manila? Yes indeed.
