Len, Bong and I went to eat at the TK Noodle House in the Chinatown section of Milpitas before going to the cemetery.
They ordered noodle soup while I had seafood fried crispy noodles.
Our total bill was $36 plus tip, including two jelly drinks. There was a time when they dropped their prices to compete with sprouting Pho noodles houses. Their branch near my sister’s house didn’t survive high cost of rental inside the shopping mall.

The restaurant placed a large piece of white cartolina on the table to serve as the table cover.
We ate a portion of the cartolina. Kaya pala medyo mahirap nguyain.
PAL said I am entitled to three luggage which is a big relief. I do not want to pay $150 for an extra box.
