Edmund gave me a big bunch of assorted flowers with a dozen baby pink roses for Valentine’s Day. Flowers wilt and die sooner than we want them to so the best thing is to take pictures and the memory lasts forever.
For the past 3 Valentine’s Day, our simple date was an afternoon merienda at Cibo on the second floor of Shangrila Shopping Mall. Afraid to dine in but at the same time not wanting to break the tradition, my son-in-law picked up food from Cibo.
The maids made the delicious puto and the dinuguan came from Gwen.
