The highlight of our Chinese New Year celebration was the crowning of the 2014 Mister and Ms. Chinatown.
Here are their scepters
The deserving winners got the following prices:
a silk horse for Ms. Chinatown Det de Leon and a silk throw pillow for Mister Chinatown Elmer de Leon. They could use the pillow on Valentines Day. Don’t ask me how. Be creative. It’s red and has the words Love Love. Their two children are grown-ups, it’s time to make new ones.
