Are you willing to stand in line for 3 whole hours just for a donut?
If you want a bite of J.CO donuts, that’s the amount of time you need to spare waiting in line inside their store in Megamall. They are the new Krispy Kreme, the new talk of the town.
I went on thursday evening but did not make any attempt to fall in line. I went back yesterday afternoon, thinking that there would be less people. While I was walking towards their store, I was even trying to decide whether I would be willing to wait for 30 minutes because I was in a hurry.
I asked two people who were standing a little bit closer to the counter how much time they’ve been waiting, 2 1/2 hours, and there are 10 more people in front of the counter, as if there’s panic buying of donuts.
The line yesterday was 2 meters longer than what I saw last thursday. No way I will spend 3 hours standing in line, so I left. I will just send a staff to do this next week. I want to buy sana two boxes of almond flavor, one for us and one for a friend of mine.
The almond flavor called Al Capone is the best. Edmund swears by the Tiramisu that’s perfect with coffee because it tastes like coffee. The plain one reminds me of Krispy Kreme.
Oyen and I shared in line with J.co’s by line “sharing the J.Co way”.
