I bought a MAC lisptick from MACY’s. The Filipina sales lady informed that I could exchange any 6 used MAC containers for a free lipstick. I didn’t know. Sayang, just last month I threw away two empty lipstick tubes. No one had ever told me.
I wrote down her name on a piece of paper. I must have kept it somewhere. I will look for it so I could post her name. She agreed to have her photo published.
She was born in Manila, studied and grew up there.
I paid $20 for the lipstick. I could have gotten it for free if I had known beforehand that I could collect empty containers in exchange for a lipstick.
Di bale, from now on I would not throw away the empty MAC containers.

Yes, MAC allows you to exchange empty/used mac containers for 1 lipstick of your choice. Years ago you can locally have them exchanged in their Glorietta and in Rustan’s Shangri La branches. But they do not do that now in Pinas, for whatever reason we don’t understand (Grrr!) So the nearest will be HK or Singapore pa. 🙂
