I don’t watch the Senate drama daily. Holy Week has passed and I have no desire to flagellate myself by allowing these senators to inflict more scars upon me. I don’t need their sins. What we need is restitution.
Abolish the Senate. Remove these useless politicians.
The few times I tried to watch their brazen mockery of our lives, I felt sick to my stomach. I’m not being overly dramatic, and I’m not exaggerating. But when I saw them wearing those Oxford crimson-maroon impeachment robes, acting dignified, serious, and parang mga kagalang-galang, I had to run to the toilet and throw up.
The performance was too much to bear. They wrapped themselves in the symbols of honor and solemnity, yet all I could see was a political spectacle masquerading as public service.
Hindi kaya sila nangati at kinilabutan nung isinuot nila yung mga judicial style robes? Feeling mga hukom.
Anong klase itong karamihan sa senador natin? Wala namang talagang mga intensyon na manilbihan at gumawa ng tama para sa ating mga ordinaryong mamamayan.
Mga nakaupo lang duon. They are circumventing the laws to favor self-interest.
We the Filipino people deserve better. From the top down.
