The appetizer is a symphony of cherry tomatoe, foie gras, saba, lychee, roquefort, rose strawberry, 136 years old aceto balsamico tradizionale de modena, singkamas anchovy, and chevre.

meaning it’s wildly delicious.

This is nostalgic powdered raspberry and licorice sherbet. It doesn’t look and taste like a sherbet. It’s actually a mystique. It came with the hostess’ explanation…
It’s raspberry dried for 2 days and powdered. The choco like stick is a licorice. When we were kids daw we used to buy powdered candies we ate with our fingers.

This is a vegetarian/gluten free cake salad. It’s made-up of twenty layers of different kinds of vegetable- no egg pastry, carrots, beets, eggplant, cucumber, green, yellow, red peppers, sundried tomatoes, capers, olives, asparagus, baby corn, radish, cauliflower, broccoli, pumpkin, caramelized onions, celery, French beans, green papaya, chicharo, rose petal. The top part is composed of rose petals, probably left overs from the flowers received by Mrs. Liechtenstein from her romantic husband Lior last Valentine’s Day. They’re still fresh. Eat and you shall be mesmerized, by Mr. Liechtenstein.

Parang it was only Pacita Juan who took a slice. She decided to be a vegetarian for one night. Hala ka, Chit, ma-in love ka kay Lior when you eat the rose petals, Kasi that’s for Maymay only. He sprinkled some “love- me -forever” drops.

Myrna Yao gave me half of her Angus beef in exchange for half of my fish. I chose the Sea bass in Madagascar vanilla beans and key lime on puffed saffron, beets, pandan highland first harvest rice.

This is my dessert-
carrot, beetroot and kiwi lolli pops
Amedei, ganache cake, super tiny minty white marshmallows, halva flakes. The clay pot with fresh flowers is not to be eaten but can be brought home, The top soil has chocolate power.
