Do you believe in ghosts or spirits?

I think there are ghosts or spirits living in our residence here in Quezon City. There have been many tell tale signs but of course we ignore. I also believe they are everywhere in this planet.
Do you believe that too?

Originally, there was an old Italian villa on this property which we had demolished. Ipapa-renovate lang sana namin pero after the architect visited the property, sabi nya, wala daw kaming ma se-save. Gibain na lang daw.

After almost two years, when we were ready to build, we demolished the old structure and built what’s our house now.

We had a caretaker when it was still under construction pero to this day, he swears, meron daw spirit. Sa gabi, there were unexplained movements and sounds. Of course, we just ignored his stories.

If we listen to the maids, they each have a story to tell. Like Yaya Jebell said the door opened then closed. Meron daw sa billiard room na nakatayong lalaki. Ricky said he heard a voice.
As a matter of policy, we don’t encourage them to dwell on this narrative kasi nga lahat matatakot.

My most recent encounter was when a few weeks ago, at around 10 am, Edmund was in his bathroom while I was in mine. Magkalapit lang separated by a cemented wall.
I could hear him taking a shower. At the same time, I could here some weird noises coming from his lvatory area. Akala ko nung una, Si Edmund ay merong inaayos. But when I ascertained he was in the shower, about two meters away from the sink, eh ano yung kumakaluskos na sound. so I looked at the direction of his wall, and I saw my wash bottle swayiing bak and forth in a perfect rythm. Namalikmata ako. For a few seconds, I just froze. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Then it stopped moving. How did that happen?

One time I was facing my mirror, bigla na lang my mascara rolled. Prang merong gumalaw. I new it already, na merong spirit from a different world wanted to make his/her presence felt. Wala lang, I just ignored it.

I usually say a silent prayer such as “Lord, please protect us”. Sometimes, I tell them— “okay lang you’re here as long as you will be good to us. Take care of our house and protect us”.
