I made some vanilla and ube ice cream sandwiches. I experimented using wheat bread instead of cookies or white bread.
That would be the first and last because no one came to eat them. They’re still in the freezer.

This is so good, I sliced some fresh grapes and sprinkled them on top of the ube ice cream.
