Baked Potatoes - Oh My Buhay

It’s almost midnight and I am preparing baked potatoes for my kids. They like baked potato with sour cream and chives sprinkled with bacon. I forgot to buy bacon so I just put more cheese.

These are 3 small packs of marble potatoes.
I told Cherry to half-cook but they still came out overcooked.

The knife that I am using is made in Italy but I bought it from Marseilles, France. I saw something similar at the Gallery Lafayette in Paris for almost a thousand dollars for a set. Then I saw this similar design in a convenience store in Marseilles for… guess how much?
A dollar. Yes, One American Dollar each.
I bought as much as I could carry. That was more than 10 years ago, and they are slowly disappearing. I could only guess that the maids are getting them. Which reminds me when I was still living in Binangonan with my parents. My mom would always complain that our kubiertos are missing.

I put one medium pack of mozzarella P200, two kinds of parmigiano reggianno

I also put some cheddar

It’s ready for baking, to melt the cheese, bukas na lang.

Best eaten with bacon bits, sour cream and chives. I only buy Nestle sour cream.
I’ll buy bacon tomorrow so I can make crispy bacon bits.
