Instead of eating out, we just went back to The Manor Hotel and settled at the Le Chef restaurant in the hotel.
I didn’t have breakfast but in a half-hearted effort to cut-down on food, I ordered this Salmon and Grilled Shrimps salad with parmesan flakes. This is very similar to Billy King’s Salad a la Tessie at the Le Souffle (resting in peace, hoping for reincarnation)
Bong ordered Lechon Kawali, while the birthday girl opted for birthday noodles- pansit bihon.
