We did nothing the whole morning but to sit on the bus and travel towards Istanbul.
Ali entertained us by giving us some information about the Muslim religion.
After several hours, we reached the port, rolled-in our bus, for a 25 minute cruise.
This was much better because it’s still daytime. I could appreciate better the view of the water.
There were a few tourist buses too, and private vehicles.
The downside was more people were going to the toilet.
This lady spent at least 15 minutes inside the tiny cubicle.

But they do have a convenience store on the second floor selling beverages, chips, sandwiches, and Magnum.

After crossing the lake, we ran for another hour.
We crossed a bridge linking Asia Minor side to the European side.
The view from the bridge is picturesque.
We’re now about to cross the boundary between Asia and Europe…
There’s the sign saying you are now in Europe.
This is now the European part of the city of Istanbul.
