Oyen went to Manaoag. It was only Edmund, Nyke and I who went to mass and had dinner.
We went to Shangrila Mall after mass. We chanced upon a mini concert at the lobby.

I was given the privilege to choose which restaurant to go because it’s mother’s day daw according to my son. I picked Balboa again because I liked their Spaghettini Vongole. Nyke reserved a table outside the main dining hall but just as when we were going inside, another group occupied it. Edmund complained but instead of getting more upset, we just accepted a small table inside, near the kitchen door, and so noisy from the blender machine. They were transferring us to a bigger table also in the same hall but we refused na lang kasi it’s the same noisy place. Edmund lost his mood a little bit.
Edmund is cutting down on food. Just like last weekend, we ordered salad. He and Nyke shared in a family-size bowl of Marilyn Monroe salad.
My usual order is Spaghettini Vongole. Lagi na, I would have difficulty finishing the pasta kasi marami yung portion. I didn’t want to touch the pizza in anticipation of that big plate of pasta but my order was late and I was starving so I asked Edmund to give me a slice of pizza.
My order came last after two follow ups. When I saw the plate, I knew the quantity decreased significantly. I’ve been here 3 x and this was all I ordered each time kaya kabisado ko ang quantity nya. When I told the waitress, syempre hindi naman nya alam. I was so certain that the amount of pasta was reduced. Why would they do that? The restaurant is earning, judging from the number of diners that I see each time. Lagi silang punung-puno.
Parang hindi ako nabusog.
The 3 of us shared in one order of churros. Edmund is funny, he always says churro, kulang ng S.
Edmund was a half-asleep while we were walking to the exit. He was very sleepy kasi he joined the golf tournament early morning and according to him he walked the whole 18 holes. He did not rent a golf cart para daw walking lang sya, exercise. Ang init-init ngayon, I don’t think that’s good.
