The bank advised me that the notarial fee for the deed of sale is P45,000. I didn’t want to spend P45,000 unnecessarily so I asked if they could give me the documents and I would take care of having them notarized. Pwede naman daw.
They delivered to me the documents in person and gave me a list of things to do to complete the proper documentations.
I knew I could find someone who would notarize at a lower fee, kasi two years ago, I did the same thing. Instead of spending P35,000 I paid P1,500.00.
I went to the same spot where the notary public holds office. Nadun pa staff nya. Same guy, but of course he didn’t remember me na. How many people naman come each day to his tiny desk.
A———— “Magkano ang bayad dito?”
Notary staff- “Mataas yan mam basta deed of sale”.
A———— “Two years ago, one two ang binayad ko sa inyo, pareho ding deed of sale”.
Notary——- “Dalawang libo”.
A———— “One two na lang”.
Notary—— “Hindi pwede, sobrang mababa”.
A———– “Sige na, suki naman ako dito”.
Notary—— “One Eight”.
A———– “One five”.
Notary—— “Sige”.
I asked for a receipt, they gave me naman.
There’s a turon vendor in front of their office. The vendor assured me meron daw langka. I bought two pieces x P13 each. One for me and one for my driver.
I saved P43,500 and mrron pang bonus na delicious turon de bangketa with missing langka for my afternoon merienda.
