My kids and I had a great time together doing simple things last weekend. We went to Nuvali in Sta. Rosa to eat something light. We first went to Fruits in Ice Cream (FIC) and stuffed our bellies with fattening but delicious ice cream.
We observed that there were three staff. Baka minsan the place gets busy they needed more than two people.
We ate our ice cream in their sala with white leather sofa. Hayan ang mahirap pag white, madaling dumumi, kitang-kita na agad ang dumi.
Our last stop was at the ArmyNavy. Their crispy french fries are my new favorite comfort food. Another pampalaki ng tyan.
The calories were all worth it. The three of us bonded while munching and conversing about life. We took our time. We just relaxed. We talked about women posting on Facebook how big their engagement rings are.
If you received a .001 carat diamond, do not fret, madali namang dayain kasi i-close-up mo lang, mukhang one carat na.
I asked my daughter if she would be disappointed if she got less than a carat if/when her fiancee proposed to her. Wala pa syang fiancee, hypothetical question lang. She threw the question naman to shoti (younger brother). If Nyke would give her fiancee (again wala syang girlfriend, hypo questions lang)
two carats. Nyke said he would give her two carrots. We all laughed.
Oyen and I did some impromptu shopping in Aldo. Since maaga pa, we went inside the store and ended up buying a few pairs. Ako isa lang, sya, I think dalawa kasi buy one take one.
My son patiently waited while mother and sister shopped.
We were home by 10 pm. A day well spent. We were able to discover new places. We had a relaxed and great time together.
