Every year, every time we’re about to leave the house for the Ford Annual Convention, my husband would always complain that he’s hungry. I knew that’s it’s not going to be different. He would come home and complain that’s he’s already hungry. Kaya this time, I prepared. I cooked tuna pasta.
I found a small pack of rigatoni pasta in the pantry.
I opened four small cans of Kirkland canned tuna from Costco. I diced a can of DAK luncheon meat, pwede na ito laman tyan.
I ran out of olive oil with truffles/ truffle oil. Actually I was already in the grocery. I was really intending to buy.
Pero binitawan ko agad yung bote nung napansin ko yung presyo.
Ms Annie… U can make it creamy by adding all purpose cream or heavy cream and a little bit of milk after sauteeing the tuna and ham.. Add a dash of pepper and a pinch of salt and toss the pasta with the cream.. U can also add cheese if u want to.. Then the pasta won’t be very dry anymore.. 😉 u can add the cream if u still have leftover tuna and pasta .. 😉 take care and God bless.. 😉
Than you Pam for the cooking tips. Ayaw kasi ng cream, pampataba daw.
