My daughter is serious about his physical regimen. She exercises daily in our living room, complete with jumping rope, dumb bells (barbel ang tawag ko dyan), and in complete fitness attire. I am happy naman kasi she exercises and watches her food intake, unlike me.
Sometimes I eat her Fit Food, not because I am on a diet, but when she’s going out on a dinner or lunch date, she would bring her food on my desk.
Every night, this guy delivers Oyen’s Fit food. He comes from Paranaque, ang layo.
Why not buy an electric folding treadmill so that the entire family can benefit from it? The Sole F63 sold in Toby’s has good reviews. Regards.
