He’s Evan, a Waikiki Aloha Ambassador. He’s employed by the Hawaii State to go around and make the tourists feel the Aloha spirit of hospitality. They basically want to make sure that visitors are comfortable, safe, happy and feeling at home here in Waikiki. That’s how things should be. We Filipinos should do something like this too.
