Family Staycation

Marco Polo was where our family stayed for a night during the long weekend. That’s where we had our mini staycation. It’s walking distance from our house which made the logistics easier.

I was the one tasked to check in but unfortunately the reservation was made under Edmund’s name. He was playing golf so I didn’t want to call and bother him. I just left the hotel and went home.

Good I went home. The cable guy came and installed for free the Skycable wifi free trial for 15 days. Baka kasi mas mabilis sila kesa DSL.

We were not able to maximize use of the rooms because nagsimba pa kami before checking in after attending the mass. We got to our rooms at around 7:30 already.
kasi when I tried to check in, they were looking for Edmund, told them already that he would be coming in two hours, ayaw pa rin nila. Although I was giving my credit card and Edmund’s VIP card. Kundi lang dahil sa mga anak ko, siguro I would have canceled our staycation, sa bahay na lang kami.

I didn’t want to get near the check in counter because I was irritated a while ago when they didn’t let me check-in. I just let Edmund and Oyen do the drill.

My kids were the ones who actually wanted me to stay there kasi daw the internet connected was faster than the one at our house. But I ws busy naman I was not able to open my laptop and blog.
