Former Davao City mayor, Rodrigo Duterte, now a presidential candidate, lost a lot of potential voters when he couldn’t decide whether he’s running or walking. My driver is a good example. When I asked him two months ago, his answer was so firm and with conviction Duterte – Marcos. Today, he and his whole clan are shifting to Binay – Marcos. He said Duterte doesn’t possess the qualities of a president. Paano na daw kung presidente na sya at kailangan merong importanteng desisyon, eh di iisipin pa raw ng matagal, paano na daw ang bansa. He has a point.
I’ve also heard of the same thing from several businessmen. They lost their interest on Duterte. The boat has tilted.

I got turned off at him. Never really liked him. Mukhang goons, pati mga anak. I really judge faces, hindi sila mabait. Alam ko rin kahit maganda ang mukha pero salbahe. Magaling ako magrcognize ng pattern of faces at mga ugali nila. Naanslyze ko nga iyong mga hollywood movies na bagay talaga sa character ang facial features. Kung ano ang features ay iyon ang habit nila sa buhay.

Correct si driver. Duterte is urong-sulong. Chika ko lang Ms. Annie, according to my boss, the reason Duterte is urong-sulong is gusto nya na ma-lessen o mawala muna yung mga issue na binabato sa kanya (which is dirty tactics talaga ng mga kalaban, just like yung cases kay Binay). For example, yung “may pinakain daw sya na cigarette butt or ash sa isang hindi taga-Davao”, matagal na panahon na yun nangyari… pero ibinato sa kanya. Kaya sinasabi nya na hindi na sya tatakbo sa pagka presidente. In case he won the presidency, I just wish hindi na sya magpaurong-sulong when it comes to decision making.
