I attended another fabulous dinner graciously hosted by Maymay Liechtenstein at her party house.
I only see unusual dried fruits and foods at Maymay’s events. She travels around the world and brings home gourmet goodies.
Leg of jamon serrano for 11 guests.
I didn’t want to start eating the jamon at first. After half hour, sige na nga, tikman ko. I couldn’t stop eating kasi it was delicious and not salty.
I was the only one who asked for water instead.

The gracious host, resplendent in a beautiful silk dress she recently bought from Australia. She liked the design a lot she bought 8 different styles.
Up close, the material and craftsmanship are really superb. The dresses don’t come cheap though, I think a dress is at least $1,500.
A toast to the host. Maymay announced that Margie Moran is now a brand-new lola. The apo must be as beautiful as she.
Every dinner hosted by Maymay is delightful.
Chevre gelee
The wheat grass was only used for decoration on each plate.
That’s the food, hidden in the grass
I couldn’t remember what this was. I ate it fast.
The stones came from their beach house in Batangas. She had them made into a soup bowl.

It was difficult to remember the names of the dishes. Some of the ingredients were foreign to me. Basta, subo lang ako ng subo.
Mother of pearl plates, crafted by Gabby Barredo
Assorted dessert- chocolate mousse, strawberry fruit
Lollipop fruit juice, dessert. The serving dish used were actually one of a kind porcelain art pieces the host ordered from an art exhibit in North Carolina.
I wanted to ask for another lollipop, nahiya lang ako. Bitin.
What a beautiful feast for the eye! Those platings are so whimsical. You can tell she’s an artist through and through
