My husband likes bolognese. It’s not his favorite but when we enter a restaurant with dishes he doesn’t like, plus natyempo merong bolognese, he would most likely just order bolognese na lang.
Instead of having the usual Filipino meal, I told our cook, Ana, not to prepare anything for dinner.
I cooked bolognese, imbento style.
Garlic, shallots, ground beef and whole cherry tomatoes
Yen likes Libby’s sausage so I dumped two cans of sliced sausages.
Grated gruyere cheese and chopped parsley
I wasn’t sure if my husband would like it. When I told him this would be our dinner, he said “no problem”. Yun naman basta ako ang nagluto kahit ano okay lang sa kanya.
