Upon the suggestion of my husband, I stopped hiring maids from employment agencies. I’ve been spending a lot of money paying for office fees and cash advances but the maids were of no good quality and were not serious to work and earn a decent pay.
Beginning last June, it was my husband who took charge of the maids around here while I was away. My mother in law sent him maids thru the help of one of her kasambahays.
We initially had three. Two were recruited from Payatas. One is from Antique who is the best of them all. She’s still here and we’re happy with her. The two from Payatas are gone. Edmund didn’t let them come back after they had their days off. Yung isa kasi tamad. Walang kusa, pag inutusan, uutusan nya yung mga kasamahan nya. Magaling magdelegate ng trabaho. Lagi lang sa celphone. Or nakaharap sa tv. One time I asked her to clean, ang sabi sa akin naglilinis naman daw sya pag gusto lang nya.
We have a new labandera named Rose. I noticed her enlarged neck. When Edmund asked her if she has goiter, wala raw. Ipinaglihi lang daw sya sa kalabaw.
She’s been here for less than a week. Edmund intends to have her replaced kasi walang ginawa kundi magtelepono. Ang break nya ay manood ng tv. Tapos telepono na naman.
