Rosa Mexicano is one of our favorite restaurants in Manhattan. There’s one literally steps away from Lincoln Center and Fordham University.
Every time Oyen visits NY, she makes it a point to see her former boss, Juelly, Fordham’s Budget and Finance Comptroller. Oyen learned the value of money when she worked as Juelly’s assistant when she was still a student.
Oyen brought Derrick and I along. I’ve met Julie maybe twice before.
She and Oyen graduated from the same school here in Manila, ICA.
