The one main thing that draws me into the Strip is the simple joy of watching the fountain show at the Bellagio. It makes me feel like a little girl, easily mesmerized by the raging waters and dazzling laser lights prancing to the music for a few minutes. More than a thousand fountains dance in synchrony with the lights and music. It looks spectacular when the water soars high into the air.
It could be romantic too. I’ve seen couples kissing during the fountains show.
Some tourists have their portrait done while waiting for the next show in front of the hotel.
The show starts at 3 pm to 8 pm on 30 minute intervals, and every 15 minutes from 8 to midnight. Holidays and weekends, it runs every half hour from noon – 8 p.m. and every 15 minutes from 8 p.m. – midnight. It’s free for everyone to watch and enjoy.
