Just like the night before when we had steak dinner at Hotel du Vin for BP45 per person, the food budget here at The Seafood Ristorante was the same price at BP45 but excluding drinks. Our dinner was arranged by Golf Links as early as few months ago.
We ordered wines and coke but those were not included in the 45 British Pounds per person. We paid extra for the drinks.
I could tell that the chefs meticulously prepared each dish. There was an obvious effort put into the preparation of our food. No wonder The Seafood Ristorante is on the top 5 Best Restaurant in St. Andrews.
Spring vegetable soup with clam, pasta and pesto
Their Langoustine Ravioli was the best ravioli I’ve ever tasted.
Ansthruther Lobster pappardelle
Isle of Gigha Halibut steamed with asparagus and watercress
Edmund and I had dined at this seafood restaurant in October 2013.
How sweet, Orben Rivera and Elmer de Leon with their Steak Tagliata (carved Scottish rib-eye)
Risotto Saffron and Seafood with scallops, clams, baby squid and caviar
Coke can be a good substitute for coffee as an after-heavy-meal drink. It removes the suya from the food and induces burping because of the carbonate.
For my dessert, I had Blood Orange Sorbet.
