There’s a newly opened Korean restaurant along Spring Mountain Rd. We were just driving by looking for Korean BBQ when we spotted it.
While Edmund was still looking for parking, I inspected their table. It does have a drawer for napkins and utensils. Same as our informal dining table in Manila.
The grilled flat steak is their version of Bulgogi.
The beef ribs soup called Galbitang is matabang so I asked for Kikkoman sauce, wala daw sila. I asked for salt and pepper.
Kulang sa lasa. I only ate the soup, Edmund took care of the meat only because I finished the grilled beef ribs. Rice was soft and sticky which we preferred. The servicing was a bit small.
There was a water leak coming from their kitchen so the floor was wet and dirty. They just opened so this could be one of those things, birth pains.
The serving was a bit small so I bought some buchi from Lee Sandwiches to fill my stomach.
Ratings from someone trying to pretend to be a food critic:
Food taste—-
Bulgogi —- Sarap
Beef Ribs—– Tabang
Rice—-Super sarap
Facility—– It’s new and a little upscale with diners also looking high-end. How did I know? Most of them were wearing expensive wrist watches and the women had expensive bags. Their clothes and overall fashion style also looked high-end. Basta mukha silang mga malinis, bagong ligo at disente. We were the only Filipino at the time, they were all Koreans.
There was a water leak coming from their kitchen so the floor was wet and dirty. They just opened so this could be one of those things, birth pains.
