After stuffing our stomachs with food good for 24 hours, we went back to our room at Hilton Hotel to pack and get ready for our 3.5 hours flight to Norway via Norwegian Airlines.
I fell asleep again. I only woke up when Edmund and Oyen woke me up. It was 12 noon. Not a problem because the airport was only a few minutes walk from the hotel.
The machine could not read our booking. We went to the check in counter instead.
Edmund insisted that we changed even $200 to Krone. Oyen said we would lose a lot from the exchange rate.
Edmund bought three small bottles of scotch whisky. Iinumin daw nya while waiting for the Northern Lights out in the cold. Pampainit daw.
Edmund left his backpack with us and went to buy coffee. It was boarding already and he wasn’t back yet. We texted him but he left his cellphone inside his backpack. We couldn’t miss our flight because Norwegian Airlines only fly to Tromso, Norway twice a week. If we missed this flight, wala na, goodbye Borealis.
After making us worried, my husband arrived at gate 10.
E—-“Bakit nyo ako iniwan?”
Hinanap pa nya kasi si Starbucks, nasa second floor daw ng airport.
It was our first time to fly Norwegian Airlines. They fly to the island of Tromso two times a week only. The flights are usually fully booked.
