There’s a much smaller size of soft drink bottles that recently came out in the market. If I am not mistaken, they are smaller than the sakto.
I understand that manufacturers wanted to lower their cost under the guise of being more responsive to C & D customers. Smaller sizes also give a veiled feeling of comfort to those wanting to diet that they are only drinking half the quantity. If manufacturers want to cut down on costs, I am all for that. If customers want to cut the size of their bellies, I am all for that too. The problem here is MOTHER EARTH. This is very bad for the environment.
Where would this empty bottles go? Dagdag kalat na naman yan sa mundo! Recycle? Who? Where? When? How many million bottles would end up scattered in our world and how many thousands would end up in reclying plants? Come on guys!
