Coming from the Camina Balay nga Bato we passed by a row of lechon vendors along Avancena / Jocson Streets, Villa district.
I was hungry, my husband was not.
E—-“Walang kanin”.
A—-“Oo nga, terno yan sa kanin”.
We bought 1/4 only para tikim lang. 1/4 didn’t go very far. Half was taba and buto but the laman and the skin oh my, they were very delicious, soft and so so flavorful. I think the oil makes it super sarap. My husband didn’t touch even a tiny piece. Sobra daw kasi oily. Pero ang sarap naman.
