Flea Markets in Europe are my thing. I always find some cheap surprises.
We entered St. James Church along Piccadilly just before Fortnum & Mason’s department store. I offered some prayers and as usual, I made three wishes. My wishes naman were all the same. For my children’s safety, good health, welfare.
I got so excited when I saw this stall.
I bought several teacups and saucers, a plate, and a small antique oil painting. Ang sarap bumili, mahirap lang iuwi. Mabigat at baka mabasag.
My husband said if we come back to London say three years from now, there would be nothing else to do here anymore because according to him we’ve basically covered every single tourist destination around the city. I beg to disagree. I’ve been to London more than a dozen times, maybe two dozens in a span of 28 years, and I will never get tired of coming back. I can stay here for a month and would still be excited searching around England for the loveliest 100-year-old teacups. Made in England.
