October 17, 2019, Dusit Hotel
I was always out of town whenever the Women’s Business Council called for a luncheon meeting. I was glad I was able to attend this month.
Our meetings are always held at the Dusit Hotel for several reasons.
1. The president of Dusit is our colleague Evelyn Singson.
2. The location and facilites are good,
3. The price is reasonable.
4. The food is consistently good.
Crispy shredded chicken caesar with slow-cooked egg yolk, romaine, citrus aioli, rosemary croutons, and parmesan crisp
Seared salmon with Chinese broccoli, charred onion, potato puree, carrot ginger emulsion
Burnt lemon meringue tart with raspberry jelly, Kaffir lime crystals.
Cooks or chefs nowadays must not only know how to cook delicious meals, but they should also know how to describe the dishes and the ingredients elaborately to make the dishes seem fancy.
I’m attending the Women’s CEO Summit in Thailand next week together with Chit Juan and Boots Garcia.
