My husband always books at the Manor Hotel. He doesn’t even consider checking out other new hotels in Baguio. This is where we always stay every time we’re in Baguio.
It helps that the manager, Ramon Cabrera, knows him personally so booking is easier unlike before that we had to give first our credit card upon booking.
I do like this hotel a lot. The hotel staff look motivated and happy and it shows in the service they provide. I just don’t like that it’s noisy in the rooms. The sound from the water falls is very loud and obtrusive. People’s chatter and laughter could be heard from the rooms, including the clinging of the utensils and plates at the restaurant in the courtyard.
It’s bearable when it’s winter time because even if I close the sliding doors, it’s still cold inside the room. But when it’s summer, when I close the sliding doors to minimize the annoying noise, I couldn’t stand that there’s no cold breeze.
Room 313 has two double beds and a balcony.

When evening comes, they give us two pieces of Kisses chocolates.
