Jazzy, Ambulance, P70M condo

I found Jazzy in our balcony. How was she able to climb that high? She’s blind. I was worried she could fall down.

I was late to the office. Meron pa kasi akong errand.
Even at 11 am, traffic was slow.

My adrenaline jumps every time I hear sirens. I over-react. When I see an ambulance, I think about the sick person. Naku sino kaya yun, baka naghihingalo, naku manganganak kaya, baka na heart attack. Sana gumaling.

Once in a while I should try to ignore the events around me so I don’t get affected. Madalas Edmund would say “wag mo ng problemahin yun”.

Sometimes I couldn’t help but feel for others. Like for instance. These two ladies came to my office. We were supposed to discuss some things but we ended up talking about their current personal problems. I couldn’t help but get affected too.

They sold their house in Dasmarinas Village for P140,000,000.00 Daming zero ano?
P40,000,000.00 went to full payment of their mortgage. Around 15 million went to agent’s commission, capital gains tax, transfer taxes, 3 years arrears in realty taxes, village association dues, etc.

They plunked in P70,000,000.00 for a penthouse condo in Makati. It’s nice to live in a penthouse overlooking the whole metropolis, but I would be the last person who would pay P50,000.00 a month on association dues alone. Sayang ang pera. It’s like renting your own condo.

Try not paying for 6 months, the admin office would bar you from entering your own home. Try forgetting to get your car sticker. The guards would stop your car from parking in your own garage.

The ladies noticed my legs. They’re so kinis pala daw and puti. I was wearing miniskirt kasi. Hahaha, my legs glow in the dark.

They made tsismis to me that Anne Curtis daw bought a lot in Urdaneta Village for P200,000 per square meter x 1,800 (approx) = P360,000,000.00 super daming zero.
