We drove for half hour from Pumakkale to our hotel but the ride seemed a lot longer. Maybe because I was already growing restless after spending at least 6 hours total today.
Our hotel on our third night in Turkey was Anemon Marmaris Hotel. Its logo has five stars but I don’t think it is a five star hotel based on international standards.
Wala na daw vacancies kaya eto ang pinili ng travel agent.
Okay lang, I had a good night sleep. Sa pagod ko ba naman.
Our first two hotels, Kolin Hotel in Canakkale and Crowne Plaza Izmir both had sea views. This one has an empty and unkempt backyard.
Our call time was at 7 am. The breakfast buffet tables were almost empty. Tulog pa yata yung chef.
Chicken salami, Baguette, Cheese, and orange jam.
Good morning, ready for bus ride again!
After cruising for three hours, we were given a 15 minute break. We stopped at a nice cottage-style cafe in the middle of some where. I really liked this, I would like to have a resthouse that looks like this someday. I’ll build one a few years from now, when I have some extra bucks, either in Tagaytay or in Binangonan, on top of a hill.
Turkey’s total land area is 800,000 square kilometers. Their agriculture is very much alive.
They enjoy the best of both worlds- Asia and Europe. We are now in the Asia Minor side of Turkey, and in a few hours from now, we shall cross to the European side.
After another two hours, toilet break again.
This bathroom looks impressive in actual. Better than our airport toilets.
We were given 30 minutes break, not to eat, but to buy souvenirs.
My son saw these two first. He said these are stuffs I like. Yes, pero hard to pack and bring.
While all the other ladies were grabbing chocolate boxes, baklavas, etc., I was busy searching for something cute for our house.
Until I saw this step-in. I wasted my 30 minutes trying them on, and thinking whether to buy or not to buy.
Ang lambot, ang gaan, pero gusto ko sana made in Turkey, eh made in China, kaya wak na.
