I’ve been having anxiety attacks this past few days. Either stress or nervousness or subconsciously too much unnecessary worrying.

Yesterday I went to the chapel. It was locked. I just sat in the car and prayed while facing the chapel’s door. Many times, I would worry but nothing specific. I cried and prayed so hard. I couldn’t sleep last night till about 2:30 am. I prayed I Believe in God, then the beginning of the Holy Rosary up to the first mystery Agony in the Garden. That was the last I remembered, maybe I fell asleep.

When my parents were still living in Binangonan, the day to day household keeping, managing her maids, her gift shop, the ice candy factory, her four college students, the two girls, etc. stressed my mom out. Meron pa nga syang tantrums. Pag nagalit, itinatapon yung mga pinggan namin, buti na lang, yung mga sartin ang inihahagis nya, hindi nababasag.

Once in a while she would ask my papa to go to the botica to buy valium 2 to calm her nerves down.

Her madami = more than 1 pc.
The parmaseutico personally knows my parents that’s why he doesn’t ask for a doctor’s prescription. Alam nya na hindi naman durugista ang papa ko.

  1. Aww, Ms Annie.l i am sad to hear that ur having anxiety attacks again.. Maybe u should drink warm water with a slice of lemon and a bit of honey.. It helps to calm my nerves whenever i get anxious and jittery for no reason..

Sometimes, OVERTHINKING on our part triggers our anxiety attacks.. and when it starts, ayan ang panic attack na kasunod.. lalo ka nenerbyosin …

Drink less coffee and tea.. Drink more warm water with a slice of lemon and some honey… it will help ur metabolism and will lessen the chances of u getting anxiety and panic attacks the whole day

Take good care of urself and have a Blessed Sunday.. God bless u and the family always, Ms Annie ❤❤❤

  2. Hi An. No need to post this comment.

Based on experience, deep breathing helps. Focus on your breath to relax. Continue affirming positive affirmations. Pray and exercise too. Eat nutritious foods. The following Bible verse (Matthew Chapter 6) helps:

“25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?

28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:

29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?

31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?

32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.”
