Oyen wanted to visit the Arctic Cathedral (Cathedral of the Arctic Sea) located on the other side of the bridge in the Tromsdalen Valley.
Taxis were expensive so we took the public bus. It was only a short ride, like two kilometers.

We met Gree, a resident of Tromso, who’s one and only child is coming home soon from attending a university in Singapore.
It was only a short bus ride to Tromsdalen Valley.
We arrived at the Arctic Cathedral grounds at 12:45 noon but its doors were still closed. We took each other’s photo while waiting for the door to open.

There’s an entrance fee of Krone 50 per person.
The door opened at exactly 1 pm. There’s an entrance fee of Krone 50 for each visitor. There was a long line of people getting inside. There’s a Krone 50 entrance fee per pax.
I’ve seen the most intricate and grandiose churches in other countries. The Arctic Cathedral looks too simple in comparison.
