We saw Techie just as Aileen, Bong and I were about to leave the hotel. She was not going to the brunch at Aleth’s house because her UST classmates were coming to pick her up and they were going some place else.
She mentioned to me and Aileen that she saw her ate Auring wearing a Hawaiian attire complete with flowers on her head during breakfast that morning. Techie said she asked Auring to remove the flowers on her hair but Auring refused.
Honestly for me okay lang whatever Auring wants to wear. I am not going to ostracize her for her fashion choices. I like Hawaiian, Polynesian or kahit magsuot pa sya ng pineapple bra at itapal nya dahon ng mga ikmo sa dede nya eh matanda na yun, allow her to express her inner fantasies. Type nya yon, let her be. Kung gusto nyang maghubad, okay lang din sa akin, wag lang habang kumakain ako at baka ako maduwal.
We saw her at Aleth’s house. Bagay naman sa kanya Hawaiian.
She looks fine. Pretty nga eh.
Techie said she found out that Auring is trying to sell their house and lot in Poblacion. That’s the bigger problem, not the Hawaiian thingy. Background: Auring is a retired nurse and after she retired, she divided her time between the US and their ancestral home in Binangonan. Siguro nasawa na kaya she wants to sell it.
Sarry mentioned to me that indeed Auring is openly offering the property and in fact Auring showed her some photos of the house. There are many affluent kababayans most especially those living abroad who can easily afford to buy the property. It’s a good piece of property. It’s right smack in the middle of town, it’s free from flood, standing on a solid rock at least 3 meters high from the street line. If you live there, you are going to be Holy Bee. It’s right behind the Binangonan Catholic High School and St. Ursula Parish Church and beside the parish priest’s house. Morning, noon and night it’s as if you attended the Holy Mass because you could hear the church bells and celebration of mass. Even if you are in the toilet, you would be able to hear the Catholic Women’s League praying the rosary and novenas. Whether you like it or not, babait ka. You will be forced to be a good person. Di ba that’s great? Dyan din sa tapat dumadaan ang prusisyon lalo na pag Byernes Santo. Dyan mismo sa tapat ang daan ng Santo Sepulcro or Giwang-giwang. Repent and be holy. Pag naman hindi ka pa pumasok sa seminaryo or convento ewan ko na lang.

That property according to Auring’s siblings belong to all of them, meaning, MANA IYAN NG PITONG MAGKAKAPATID. That means the heirs who are now the legitimate owners are Auring, Boy, Techie, Challie, Rading, Alice, and Lando. I don’t know if the title is solely under Auring’s name or under all their names or still under their deceased parents’ names which in that case, an extra judicial settlement is necessary. Auring needs the Special Power of Attorney of her 6 siblings and a waiver signed also by their respective spouses, authorizing Auring to sell the property on their behalf. Since all of them are living in the US, the document must be notarized at the Philippine consular office near them unless they were in the Philippines when they executed the SPA. Auring needs all her sibling’s written consent to dispose of the property.
