This dish is just my invention. I wanted to prepare something special for my family. Baka kasi nasasawa na sila sa Filipino food.
I bought the ingredients from Santi’s and Rustan’s.
Minced garlic and shallots
Portobello mushrooms
I picked three pieces of large green bell pepper with flat bottoms.
I removed the inside. I would use the bell peppers as mushroom bowls.
I topped them with grated mozzarella and a small slice of Quick Melt cheese because my kids like melted Quick-melt.
I baked it for half hour in 150-200 degrees.
Ayy, I think I overcooked it. I left and watched House Hunters International kasi.
Ugly on the outside but delicious on the inside (that according to E, O , N).
Edmund and Nyke ate the bell peppers too. Oyen didn’t.
