My sunday was spent uploading photos, cleaning, and I finally decided to throw-away the original box of this Noritake dinner set Balmoral. Original box kasi yan from their old Marikina factory kaya as much as possible I want to keep it. It’s so bulok looking and kadiri kaya sige na nga, I had it thrown away.
They gave me a new box but the old box couldn’t fit inside.
I chose a very simple design so I could mix and match with my other pieces. The gold is 22kt. and according to the store, the new ones manufactured in Sri Lanka has thicker gold. He was trying to convince me kasi to buy a P150,000 set!!!!!!
If I am after the gold, I will not buy a plate. I will buy gold bracelet instead or golden Buddah.
I couldn’t trust our maid Ria to do the washing, kasi baka hindi makarating sa lababo eh instead of 32 pieces, baka maging 147. Kaya hayan ako ang washing-washing.
Kanina lang, I instructed her to wash something, “Ria, hugasan mo ito, ingatan mo, huwag mauntog”.
CRASHHHHH. In 5 seconds, she dropped it on the floor. Nakaka kunsumi.
my parents bought noritake before miss annie. pero nawala na yung ginto. yung iba nag chip yung plate kasi careless mga maids. hindi na tuloy bumili mama ko. ano nalang, luminarc saka mga kaekekan sa SM hahahaha.
