It’s not covered by his insurance because that’s part of ordinary wear and tear.
His restaurant in Tagaytay, Fire Lake Grill, received the Best Restaurants award 2013 from Philippine Tatler magazine, for the 8th consecutive year. Congrats Chef Paul.
