We left Puzzles Mansion at 5:40 pm. The sky was gray and the temperature had dropped considerably. Earlier kasi it was hot.
Instead of going straight to Manila, I swung by Cliff House to eat. I was feeling hungry kasi I haven’t had lunch. I thought of eating at the Puzzles Mansion pero they didn’t have food. They only prepared breakfasts when they have overnight guests.
I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. I went to Cliff House, to Fire Lake Grill. It’s exactly 6 pm and there were no diners yet. Their head waiter and restaurant manager, David, greeted me. Chef Paul was still in Manila.
I looked at their menu. Wow, it’s new, or I might just haven’t been here for quite sometime.
Instead of dining there, I took out two orders of Blackened Beef Salad from Fire lake Grill for my son and daughter.
Fire Lake Grill’s blackened beef salad is good and can be a meal in itself. We’ve tried this before but lately I think they reduced the quantity.
