We slept comfortably for several hours and woke up to this awesome view of the famed Taal Lake. What a glorious morning. This view alone is worth the trip to Tagaytay.
We were too lazy to get out of bed but we had to. Our room rate included breakfast for two and the table had been reserved for our 9:30 a.m. meal.
I don’t know if the bed and breakfast hotel has a separate access stairs for guests with disability.
The hotel has a well-curated decor. Their interior decorator and stylists stay with a neutral palette which is timeless and similar to the style of summer houses in the Hamptons in New York.
Okay, let’s see what we have for breakfast…
Nutritious caramelized apple yogurt with granola and maple syrup
Main course: Croque Madame with mixed green salad and balsamic vinaigrette
Our dessert was a feast for the eyes three-layered crunchy puff pastry with berries compote, and whipped cream cheese.
Thank you anak for this 14 hour staycation.
