Oyen attended her friend’s wedding in Fairmont Hotel. She came home with a bunch of white flowers which complemented our living room.
This would be our simple dining table centerpiece.
I shortened our table. I removed the middle portion so we would be seated closely together for a more intimate dining.
Husband played golf today, December 31.
I bought 4 live crabs the day before but placed them in the freezer. A friend of Edmund kasi told him that the texture and taste would remain the same even if they are frozen.
But I found out later that it’s not.
I made macaroni salad. Iba na ang style ngayon, I like the original chicken macaroni salad. Ngayon, parang fruit salad na ang gusto ng mga tao.
I found a can of whole kernel corn. I asked Edmund if he wants me to put corn also, he answered “Pwede”. Kaya ayan, tinambakan ko ng corn. Laman tyan din yan.
I cooked paella marinara and rib eye steak with beef tournedos, fresh mushrooms and black truffles gravy.
My 3 dining pals all said the steak tasted soooo good. Salamat naman.
