Room 234 in Holiday Inn near Heathrow is too tiny and spartan but the bed is comfortable I slept like a baby. I had difficulty getting up and if not for our next flight, I would rather stay in bed, sleep till the next morning.
Buffet breakfast is included in our room rate. The hotel lobby and cafe are decent in size. The food choices are also good enough.
The guys had breakfast much earlier that’s why when we went down to eat, the cafe was empty. Mabuti nga para tahimik.
I am not fond of blueberry muffins or any muffin for that matter.
The choices are limited but enough to make ones’ tummy satisfied. Holiday Inn is not Waldorf so one should not expect a kilometer long buffet spread.
The mushroom was good I went back to get two more times.
Mr. Yee had breakfast with his friends much earlier.
It’s only 9 am. Pick up time to the airport is 11 am.
