Buffet Dinner in Sofitel part 2 - Oh My Buhay

Buffet Dinner in Sofitel part 2

The number of choices at the Spiral buffet was a kilometer long. At P2,800++ per person, I am lugi because I can’t eat that much.

How much food can one person take?

Edmund ate a lot of salami and cheese.

Chinese food is always a winner. Dimsum is an international favorite.

Choices of noodle- miki, bihon, canton, miswa

I only had soup, without noodles.

Indian food section

I wanted Oyster Teppanyaki but they didn’t have. I found some fresh oysters in the seafood section but they were payat. Just the same, I took several pieces to the misono section and asked the sous chef to cook them. They refused. I should have them baked daw in the French section. I argued that I don’t want them baked, I like them cooked wiht butter and garlic and toyo on the misono table. After several minutes, they relented.

The Oysters shrunk. I asked them to cook two pieces of shrimps.

I found two long hair strands in my mouth while chewing a piece of the shrimp.
Nakapulupot yung hair dun sa hipon. I didn’t complain to the management anymore because I was too lazy and tired. Had no more energy.

Can you see the hair strands? Those are not mine.
