Gino’s pizza runs out of burrata once in a while when they get unexpected customers in groups. We were’ lucky last night, although the place was full except for a tiny table for two people, they still had burrata.
Next time we go back to Gino’s, I would just order one for myself and not eat anything else. Burrata is a combination of fresh Italian mozzarella, butter and cream. Burrata actually means butter in Italian.
It’s served with a drizzle of olive oil and a dash of salt and pepper.
You may also have cherry tomatoes and basil. That would be very good too.
We ordered pesto and mushroom pizza but they ran out of ingredients. We switched to sausage pizza because Edmund wanted some meat. The arugula was extra order.
I ate two or three slices. The rest were for Edmund.
There was a long table, they requested the waiters to take their pictures.
See, other then knowing how to cook, serve, restaurant staff must know how to operate gadgets and must be graduates of basic photography.
Oyen called, she’s home na daw. Hmm medyo maaga ngayon ah. She requested for smoked ham pizza with arugula.
I noticed this two lonely bottles of juice. It’s been in the ref for two weeks.
A———- “Anak, tapon na ito?” You’re not going to drink this?” Hindi masarap?
She nodded. Sabi ko na nga ba hindi ito masarap.
